We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Head, Operational Execution.

 

In this role you will be responsible for

  • Commercialization: Own commercialization of growth-critical platforms like PowerPlatform and Knowledge Management System including building & tracking relevant OKRs, embedding usage. Commercialize the benefits of other capabilities delivered via the Servicing SVS ensuring OKRs are met.
  • Contact Center Integration: Lead the integration of Contact Centers, collaborating closely with Market and Global Insurance teams. Oversee the execution of the future Target Operating Model, including integration with the broader ICOE team.
  • Contact Center Transformation Program (CCT): Represent the interests of HSBC Insurance HK in the global flagship initiative, CCT. Facilitate implementation of essential capabilities by collaborating with Global Tech, Contact Centre, AMH RBW, and Insurance teams.
  • Oversee the Third-Party Engagement Model for Insurance Operations: Implement the newly developed framework to manage third-party relationships across the franchise, collaborating closely with Insurance Operations, the Insurance CCO, and GTPM teams to ensure compliance with FIM, regulations, and DIMs.
  • Manage actions on behalf of the Head of Operations: Collaborate with various sub-teams to ensure timely resolution of issues from MSIIs. Develop a robust tracking system to provide effective risk oversight and deliver relevant reports/ papers to forums such as the First Line of Defense Forum, CCO teams, and/or the INHK ExCo
  • ORSO integration: Own the ORSO integration including oversight of the outsourcing to a third party and integration of residual teams within the broader HSBC eco-system. Oversee/ manage the ORSO administration activities post the movements.

 

To be successful you will need to be

  • Organized, Autonomous with excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Ability to learn quickly, contextualize and implement driving efficiencies in parallel.
  • Analytical and able to identify, define and practice creative problem solving. Ability to collaborate across different teams and businesses. 
  • Proven ability of stakeholder management, resource mobilization and interaction with internal & external parties across varying levels of seniority.
  • Strong documentation skills including papers, presentations, etc. Ability to articulate the position in a concise manner.
  • Ability and drive to successfully deliver multiple, wide-ranging priorities, under stringent time pressures. Experience in project and risk management capabilities with a positive can-do attitude.
  • Operations experience would be a plus
