We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a General Banking Manager (MPF) II.

 

In this role you will: 

  • GBM-MPF is a leader role
  • Generate customers’ interest in Mandatory Provident Funds & general banking solutions
  • Explore referral opportunities for various channels
  • Drive sales productivity in service excellence
  • Plan and monitor team capacity
  • Provide timely coaching and support to achieve the team goal by aggregating individual performance
  • Lead the team to deliver business focus in line with RBW strategies
  • Engage members in capabilities development and uplift the staff well-being through daily activity planning, process streamlining, skill transfer and mind-set motivation

 

To be successful you will need: 

  • University graduate with a degree in a relevant discipline
  • Solid MPF/Frontline experience and preferably with sales leadership experience
  • Possess sound knowledge on MPF, general banking products and familiar with the sales process
  • Ability to lead and drive team performance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong leadership capabilities and people management skills
  • Good spoken and written English and Chinese skills, with Putonghua a definite advantage
  • Possess MPF, Investment and Insurances and compliance with related Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements
