We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager, Customer Growth and Commercialisation. 

 

You will play a key supporting role in delivering impactful insurance product offerings. Your responsibilities will include:

 

In this role you will:

  • Assist in Insurance Product Offer Management:
    • Prepare insurance product discount offer proposals and frontline communications tailored to meet diverse customer needs for different distribution channels.
    • Coordinate the development of offer terms and conditions ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Create and set up product discount codes in the system, ensuring accuracy and functionality.
    • Conduct thorough user acceptance tests to validate the effectiveness and reliability of discount codes.
  • Support Product Cross-Over Campaigns:
    • Implement innovative product discount and cross-over offers to enhance customer value and drive sales.
    • Collaborate with various product teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of cross-over campaigns.
    • Support the analysis of campaign performance using data insights to ensure effectiveness
  • Prepare Competitive Analyses:
    • Conduct regular and thorough analyses of product promotions and offerings to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Support Budget Management:
    • Coordinate the department's budget, ensuring efficient allocation and management of resources.
    • Monitor and track expenditures to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints and financial goals.

 

To be successful you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Studies, Finance, Accounting, Statistics or a related discipline.
  • Prior experience in the insurance industry preferred.
  • Strong numerical and detail-oriented skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret data accurately.
  • Demonstrated strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to putting the customer at the heart of all development and implementation activities.
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese.
