We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Assistant Client Engagement Manager, Pensions.

 

In this role you will:

Engagement Management

  • Identify, qualify and convert leads for Pensions products.
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline via face-to-face activity referral, events and collaborating business partnerships.
  • Develop a long-term relationship with client, employers, employee member to delivery a seamless customer experience.
  • To reducing of rejection rate, uplifting and improving customer experience, to accomplish KPIs as a result to meeting the department business goals.
  • Development of leads generation programs to enhance sales effectiveness across channels.

Client Onboarding Coordination

  • Assist in coordinating the MPF onboarding process for new Pensions Client , ensuring a smooth and efficient transition.
  • Training Support the onboarding team by conducting introductory sessions or meeting with new clients to explain processes, answer questions and provide guidance on utilizing available resource.
  • Prepare onboarding documentation and material , ensuring all necessary information is accurately conveyed to a new client.

Communication & Support

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive client MPF onboarding strategy for pensions client, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition into the organization.
  • Organize onboarding processes for new intermediaries and conduct ongoing training sessions to promote product knowledge.
  • This role will support Pensions on ad hoc project.

Sales Enablement

  • Monitor intermediary performance and satisfaction metrics, analyzing feedback to drive improvements in service delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Team Lead to implement initiatives that enhance the overall Customer experience.
  • To support Pensions sales management including planning and analysis on portfolio, quality of new business and overall control on MI reports.
  • Planning and reporting on sales initiatives / projects, in particular for digital channels. Review/tracking the effectiveness through activity level and conversion rate analysis.

Market Analysis

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities that could inform strategic decisions related to intermediary development.
  • Stay informed of industry developments to proactively engage with intermediaries on emerging needs and preferences.
  • To identify patterns, trends, and insights from data, translating them into actionable strategies, and guiding business decisions based on data-driven insights.

To be successful you will need:

  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a strong customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and generate actionable insights.
  • Empathetic and approachable, able to build trust with intermediaries.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and professionalism.
