Assistant Case Manager

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Assistant Case Manager.

In this role you will

• Provide end-to-end support for High Net Worth (“HNW”) new business and Premium Financing (“PF”) case management services, in line with life and credit underwriting, compliance, regulatory, and Group requirements, and agreed service lead time.
• Process cases accurately, efficiently, and on time.
• Ensure complete and high-quality documentation is properly filed in internal records.
• Work closely with stakeholders to support business channels in achieving sales targets.
• Provide timely and accurate case update/status to key stakeholders.
• Handle case enquiries from sales staff, brokers, and other stakeholders in a professional manner.
• Perform administrative tasks and prepare relevant reports for business channels/partners.
• Proactively support ad-hoc tasks and additional duties as assigned by the Team Leader/Senior Manager

To be successful you will need

• A university degree; candidates with a Higher Diploma and relevant working experience will also be considered.
• Relevant experience in the life insurance industry, preferably in bancassurance, with exposure to HNW case management, premium financing, and/or new business operations.
• LOMA qualifications (or currently pursuing LOMA courses) would be an advantage.
• Strong teamwork, ownership, and a service-oriented mindset to deliver efficient and effective case management processes.
• The ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
