We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an AI Solution Lead.

Principal Responsibilities
In this role you will

  • Rapid Prototyping & Solution Delivery: Lead the rapid prototyping, PoC development, and pilot testing for a diverse set of commercial AI use cases, ensuring timely execution, and measurable business outcomes
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business units, data scientists, technology, and governance partners to understand requirements, define success criteria, and align AI solutions with organizational strategy and objectives
  • Technology Evaluation: Evaluate, recommend, and implement AI technologies, frameworks, and tools that accelerate solution delivery while ensuring scalability and maintainability
  • Best Practices & Standards: Establish and promote best practices in AI development, deployment, and monitoring to maintain high-quality and reliable solutions
  • Governance & Compliance: Lead the governance of AI use cases, proactively addressing risk, ethical, and compliance concerns in alignment with regulatory requirements and organizational policies
  • Knowledge Transfer & Capability Building: Support knowledge sharing, documentation, and the continuous upskilling of team members within the AI working pod to foster a high-performance, learning-focused environment 
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives by capturing lessons learned, incorporating feedback, and refining processes to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of AI delivery
Qualifications - Internal

To be successful you will need

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience in delivering AI/ML solutions, including prototyping and deploying AI solutions to production environments
  • Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, industry trends, and best practices
  • Experience with AI development frameworks and tools such as Azure ML, Google AI Platform, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, MLflow, etc
  • Strong knowledge of data governance, model risk management, and compliance frameworks relevant to AI
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
