Main Treasury Officer

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as a Main Treasury Officer.

In this role you will: 

• Supervise and coach staff on bulk cash deposit/withdrawal services (HKD and RMB), foreign currency transactions, and ATM deposits/withdrawals, including counterfeit note detection.
• Ensure strict adherence to established procedures and controls.
• Plan daily resourcing to meet tight cut-off times; allocate and adjust manpower to manage fluctuating workloads.
• Investigate and resolve cash discrepancies and respond to customer enquiries.
• Monitor and control vehicle movements in and out of the garage; verify access for incoming vehicles and crew members.
• Perform cash balancing and validate all posted transactions.
• Provide clerical and non-clerical support, including cross-team assistance as required.

To be successful you will need: 

• Supervisory experience in operations, including people management.
• Basic knowledge of cash handling.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team mindset.
