We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Vice President - Senior Business Analyst

In this role, you will:

• Take measures to gather and review Business Requirements. Data and Requirement Analysis/Gap analysis.
• Extend strategic support towards Code Build in Systems
• Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver artefacts as needed.
• Formulating analytics and MI to support Project and Program Manager
• Operate independently and with users to define concepts and under direction of Programme/Project Managers.

• Displays good presentation skills and can tailor communication methods for the audience, environment and setting. Displays good negotiation and influencing skills and can use these skills appropriately.
• Shows good planning & time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Ability to take decisions within the scope of responsibility (courageous integrity / connected and collaborated approach in gathering information to make decision)
• Positive, dynamic, and resilient individual, open to change and able to adapt to changing circumstances.
• Ready to be flexible and support requirements/deliverables across time zones, when needed.

To be successful you will:

• High Level Graduate Degree. Awareness of Business Analysis/Project Management/Test Management process. Possession of a relevant Qualification would be advantageous.
• Experience in the Financial Services sector. Sound understanding of Fund Accounting Platforms/Principles
• Knowledge of Trustee platforms like CRIMS (for Trustee roles)

• Team Management skills are a must for People Manager Role. Resource planning & management
• Designing of Process and Operational Models as required. Data Reconciliation
• Planning and Co-ordination on Testing and Deployments
• Ability to lead Projects. Familiar with JIRA and Confluence
• Be aware of the Operational Risk scenarios associated with your role and act in a manner that takes account of operational risk considerations
• Awareness of financial products, latest technology linked to platforms.

• This is an excellent opportunity for a potential candidate who wishes to expand their knowledge, to become involved in Projects that impact the Securities Services Business. The required candidate should have had Business Analysis/Project Management or Test Management experience or alternatively will have experience of participating in large operational change as part of their previous roles/organizations. Specific SSv experience would be beneficial but not essential.
