Report to: CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER, HAC REGULATED ZONE
Role Purpose:
The Asia Asset Management Center aims to attract international financial institutions and promote the devepment of high-net-worth wealth management businesses. This role is the key supporting role in the achievement of the proposition objectives.
The position is primarily responsible for handling business matters related to Asia Asset Management Center and providing operational support in delivering services to high-net-worth clients.
Besides the core responsibilities of Asia Asset Management Center, the jobholder is expected to support PRMs to gain more client trust and commitment in broadening and deepening their relationship with HSBC per listed outcomes below •This role is a key relationship support role created to provide an outstanding customer experience to the valuable Premier clients and increase Premier Relationship Manager's (PRM's) client facing time • The role provides dedicated support to a team of Premier Relationship Managers (PRM) in the overall achievement of their income plans (covering acquisition, cross sales, retention, and growth of their portfolios) and day-to-day contact with their clients in the delivery of the proposition objectives • In order to deliver client centric service, this role is identified as a point of contact for clients and in the absence of the PRM, this role will be the first point of contact for the client. • In order to deliver a high quality service to our highest value personal clients, the role holder will need to demonstrate an extensive knowledge of banking products and services across wealth and retail
Principal Accountabilities: Key activities and decision making areas
Impact on the Business
- Handle business matters related to Asia Asset Management Center
- Coordinate and maintain effective communications with branches to facilitate the processing of Center-related business.
- Provide the product information to clients and branches regarding services and offerings of Asia Asset Management Center
- Review and check relevant documents to ensure completenss and compliance with the requirements of internal policies and external regulations.
- Provide support to Branch PRO functions when necessary.
Customers / Stakeholders
- Maintain the highest standard of excellence in customer service
- Maintain a deep understanding and technical knowledge of relevant products and services to provide the best solutions for customers
- Take ownership to deliver effective services to customers of Asia Asset Management Center.
- Proactively responds to clinent in face-to-face and/or telephone settings, and update customer contact record.
Leadership & Teamwork
- Work as part of an integrated operation team to ensure standards are met and operating models are delivered
- Proactively support others through direct and indirect actions beyond activities particular to this role
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues in the branch and others as appropriate to serve customer needs
- Efficiently manages time in order to support customers of Asia Asset Management Center
Operational Effectiveness & Control
- Ensure all processes and procedures are accurate and in accordance with HSBC Bank policy standards, internal control and local regulatory requirements.
- Adhere to the operational procedure and standard for the business and ensure to provide the consistence service.
- Achieve the target of Right the First Time(RTFT)
Skills Requirements:
- 大專以上畢
- 具金融業工作經驗
- 良好人際互動、溝通及解決問題能力
- 積極主動、有業務潛質
- 熟悉銀行法規及金融業系統
- 具基本英文溝通能力尤佳
License/Qualification Requirement:
- L4-信託業業務人員
- LIFEFX-人身保險業務員銷售外幣收付非投資型保險商品
- INTCON-銀行內部控制與內部稽核測驗
- BIBP-外匯業務經辦及覆核人員
- FSE-金融市場常識與職業道德
