Responsibilities:
- Oversee governance and control frameworks for wealth management products and advisory activities
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies and global standards
- Conduct product and advisory control reviews, surveillance and monitoring
- Manage governance forum, reporting and escalation of control issues
- Coordinate with stakeholders across Business, Compliance, Risk, Legal, Operations and Audit
- Support new product approvals, policy implementation and continuous enhancement of the wealth advisory framework
- Drive remediation actions and monitor risk, conduct and customer outcome indicators
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Have background in wealth business (investment and/or insurance)
- Experience in wealth, governance and controls
- Excell in surveillance process
- Able to work with other stakeholders
