Responsibilities:

• Oversee governance and control frameworks for wealth management products and advisory activities
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies and global standards
• Conduct product and advisory control reviews, surveillance and monitoring
• Manage governance forum, reporting and escalation of control issues
• Coordinate with stakeholders across Business, Compliance, Risk, Legal, Operations and Audit
• Support new product approvals, policy implementation and continuous enhancement of the wealth advisory framework
• Drive remediation actions and monitor risk, conduct and customer outcome indicators

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Have background in wealth business (investment and/or insurance)
• Experience in wealth, governance and controls
• Excell in surveillance process
• Able to work with other stakeholders
