We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team for the role of VP GTS Client Implementation

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

The role holder is responsible includes the following, but not limited to:

 

  • Ensures products and services are delivered in a coordinated and timely manner to realize revenue.
  • Develop project plan and maintain support documentation to ensure implementation occurs in line with time, budget, and quality expectations.
  • Manages complex implementations and contact points to ensure the successful client implementation of GTS solutions.
  • Manages coordination with stakeholders (including RMs, Product, Sales Managers, local implementation staff, Client Service Centers, Compliance etc.) to deliver the solutions within the earliest possible time, enhance productivity and sustain high quality client-centric service culture.
  • Ensures that the Implementation and Post-Implementation processes are delivered on the objectives of the Bank and are best-in-class.
  • Provides consultancy advice to clients to maximize the benefits of our GTS solutions and to strengthen client Relationships.
  • Ensures that the Implementation and Post-Implementation is aligned with governing policy and procedure.
  • Monitor the performance of the products (ITS, Receivable Finance and Supply Chain Financing).
  • Monitor GTS transaction and ensure the transactions are processed as expected by Customers.
  • Provide report to Clients and internal stakeholder on regular/ ad hoc.
  • Manages, develop, and localizes Regional standard implementation function that is aligned with local regulation.
  • Maintains required documentation/manuals to work towards standardizing implementation processes.
  • Ensure Credit/Risk recommendations, KYC Procedures and other GTS Procedures Guidelines / Manuals are implemented and adhered to.
  • Supports Sales and RMs (when required) during the bidding process.

 

 

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

 

  • Knowledge of Supply Chain and Receivables Finance will be an added advantage
  • Knowledge of electronic platforms such as HSBCnet
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work with stakeholders in different location to drive outcomes
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communications
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and work independently, as well as work collaboratively with other teams
  • Demonstrated problem solving and analytical abilities including the ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high level information into details and apply sound business and technical knowledge
  • Capable of comprehending, managing, and implementing complex systems, processes and initiatives
  • High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
