We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Staff WPB Banking Operations

 

Responsibilities:

  • Processing day to day Banking operational tasks including for update customer profile, update customer account facility, Legal order, retail banking, Time deposit, Opening
  • Ensure all requests are processed within SLA and COT
  • Ensure to perform daily maintenance align with and update SOP, Guidelines and request
  • End day checking to ensure all requests are processed in timely manner.
    Working In a Team and able to be independent if required
     

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Familiar with HUB will be benefit
  • Good analytical and logic thinking
  • Coding and automation will be highly preference (ms access, VBA, web coding, macros)
  • Good in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
  • Familiar with Banking and corporate product and process.
  • Good writing and communication skills in English.
  • Meticulous in reading request and documents.
  • Able to create and maintain good relationships with (internal) customers.
  • Able to work both in team and individually.
