Operations Shared Services (OSS) drives operations' performance standards, service excellence, and consistency across the Group and our Global Service Centres (GSCs). This central team oversees areas such as business intelligence, cost management, reporting, billing and regulatory compliance. In addition, through its GSC Capabilities team, they are responsible for enterprise-wide workforce management, location strategy, future skills, and group common services (AI, automation, and other strategic initiatives).
We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Staff MI and Regulatory Reporting
Responsibilities:
- Preparation and ensure the complete and accurate Regulatory Report
- Responsible to generate data from HBID System, search data information, validate data.
- Responsible to create and report submission.
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Hold a minimum bachelor’s degree from reputable University.
- Good knowledge and understanding of prevailing regulatory reporting requirements.
- Self-driven individual with good analytical skills and eye for details
- Minimum intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Excel
