Customer Value Management is vital in maintaining HSBC’s position as a provider of world-class wealth and personal banking solutions, directing business development with a focus on customers. The team works to ensure the most appropriate pricing, products and promotions are directed to the most relevant customers, concentrating on building value, treating customers fairly and creating a seamless customer experience.
Our wealth management teams provide financial planning and advice and market insight and updates, as well as products in areas such as investments, deposits, insurance, financing and foreign exchange. They include relationship managers, who work to understand the financial needs of clients and create strategies to meet their objectives, as well as technical product experts, sales managers and support staff
We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Staff Employee Banking Elite Acquisition.
Responsibilities:
- Acquiring Personal Banking and Premier customers, mainly from HSBC Corporate Clients
- Asset Products (credit card and personal loan) cross sell
- Mobile banking penetration
- Maintaining relationship with company PIC for further acquisition potential
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Indonesia Citizen only
- S1 Graduate
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer facing/sales/business development role
- Sales driven, target-oriented
- A good team player
- Fluent in English
