We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role Staff Mobile Sales Force Emerging Affluent Sr.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Selling banking products and services to potential customers.
  • Providing clear information about the features and benefits of bank products.
  • Building and maintaining good relationships with customers.
  • Handling customer-related problems and complaints.
  • Being able to work individually or in a team.
  • Always comply to HSBC rules.

 

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

 

  • Min. Education S1 from Economics, Finance and Management are preferable.
  • Min. 2 years experience as sales force in financial industry.
  • Hold or ability to acquire relevant certification in maximum 6 months since onboard (WAPERD, WPPE, AAJI, etc).
  • Financial literate with wide understanding on bank’s product range asset, liabilities and investment.
  • Ability to analyze customer financial needs and design and offer suitable bank’s product to meet their financial
  • Objective within their risk profile.
  • Has interpersonal communication skill including negotiation and salesmanship for effective selling.
  • Result oriented but always demonstrate customer centricity behavior when delivering the work.
  • Must be flexible and have the ability to thrive in a team environment seeking feedback and open to development.
  • Ability to multitask, work well under pressure, work in a high-volume and fast paced environment is required.
