We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Staff Mobile Sales Force Direct.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Selling banking products and services to potential customers.
  • Providing clear information about the features and benefits of bank products.
  • Building and maintaining good relationships with customers
  • Handling customer-related problems and complaints
  • Being able to work individually or in a team.
  • Always comply to HSBC rules

 

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

 

  • Mineducation S1 from Economics, Finance and Management are preferable.
  • Fresh Graduate / experience as sales force in financial industry
  • Financial literate with wide understanding on bank’s product range asset, liabilities and investment.
  • Ability to analyze customer financial needs and design and offer suitable bank’s product to meet their financial
  • Objective within their risk profile.
  • Hasinterpersonal communication skill including negotiation and salesmanship for effective selling.
  • Result oriented but always demonstrate customer centricity behavior when delivering the work.
