Responsibilities:

 

Personal Assistant of MSS is responsible to support MSS Indonesia team on day-to-day business and administration work and acts as a personal assistant to head of MSS Indonesia.  The role will also focus on working closely with different stakeholders and co-ordinate with colleagues across HSBC.

 

 

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

 

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability in dealing with different stakeholders at all levels
  • Proven ability to work collectively
  • High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability, initiative and ability to work independently.
  • Effective time management and planning skills
  • Demonstrate a high degree of credibility and integrity.
  • PC skills: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint as well as the core HSBC approval systems
  • Language: Fluent verbal and written English and Bahasa Indonesia required
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as Personal/Administrative Assistant in Banking/Financial Services industry
  • Indonesia passport holder
