Responsibilities:
- Advise RMs/Branches/Internal Department for incomplete information or supporting/underlying documents both LLD and FX transaction before processing by Payment Ops
- Check and verify supporting/ underlying documents related with LLD transactions above USD
25,000 or equivalent for each transaction that will be processed by Payment Ops.
- Check and verify supporting/ underlying documents related with purchase FCY that will be processed by Payment Ops.
- Put the correct LLD code for LLD transactions and LHBU code for purchase FCY accordance with the purpose of payment and supporting/underlying documents.
- Check and verify supporting/underlying documents related to incoming IDR for Non-Resident account for amount exceed USD 1 Mio per transaction
- Balancing all instructions against tracking system (RMS,IQA and PATRIC) on daily basis.
- Handling query from Branch/RM/Internal Department (via zoom /internal email) related with payment instructions
- Monitor Payment Regulatory outstanding cases on email/RMS/IQA/PATRIC application and ensure that all cases solved and meet the SLA
- Reallocate pending transactions from staff on leave among all members of the Payment Regulatory team and support Line Managers’ duties.
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- At minimum 4 years of experience in Financial Industry in the area of Payment Operations for both Domestic and Cross-border payments.
- Good knowledge in Payment Product
- Good analytical skills
- Detailed oriented and passionate about numbers
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Pro-active, independent, and able to navigate complexity
- Develop a strong risk culture within a team in order to have sustainable controls on risks
- Handle issues and incident in timely manner and responsible to escalation to stake holder in timely manner
