Working with institutional investors, banks, insurance companies, governments, and multinational corporations, this team covers fund administration, global custody, sub-custody and clearing, and corporate trust and loan agency services.
We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Officer Fund Admin.
Principal Responsibilities:
Responsible to administer all the Pension/Mutual/Discretionary Fund operations which include executing the fund manager/client instructions on a daily basis; perform day to day accounting booking and valuations which yield the Mutual/Pension/Discretionary Fund NAV on a daily basis; compliance checking for the individual fund maintained; provide high quality services to the local fund managers by maintaining good relationship and responding to enquiries from the fund managers/clients and other sections within the department or other department, prepare daily/monthly/yearly report such as list of Time Deposit, other receivable/ miscellaneous payable report, etc.
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Has a minimum of Bachelor Degree majoring in accounting
- Has minimum 2 years’ experience in relevant area
- Has problem solving skills with ability to work well without supervision
- Has ability to work independently and maintain good quality of output under deadline pressure
- Well organized, high spirited and self-motivated
- Has ability to work in a team and actively contribute towards team performance
