Responsibilities:
- Bridge Between Product and Network Act as the primary liaison between the Investment Product team and Branch / Relationship Manager (RM) network to ensure clear understanding of product positioning, target segments, and execution priorities.
- Sales Strategy & Program Design Design and execute investment sales strategies, campaigns, and tactical programs (e.g. thematic funds, bond focus, FX ideas, structured product pushes) aligned with business targets and market conditions.
- RM Enablement & Capability Building Develop and deliver RM enablement initiatives including sales toolkits, pitch decks, talking points, case studies, and practical selling guides to improve investment product penetration and conversion.
- Product Delivery & Execution Governance Ensure timely and effective product delivery across branches by coordinating readiness (training, materials, system setup, FAQs) prior to product launches and campaigns.
- Market & Client Insight Translation Translate market views, investment outlooks, and product features into client-friendly narratives and actionable sales messages suitable for different customer segments.
- Sales Performance Monitoring & Analytics Monitor investment sales performance, penetration, and campaign effectiveness; identify gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions to management and network teams.
- Stakeholder Management & Alignment Work closely with Network Heads, Sales Managers, Branch Managers, and Product Specialists to align priorities, resolve execution issues, and drive consistent investment messaging.
- New-to-Wealth & Activation Programs Design targeted programs to activate “New to Wealth” customers and under-penetrated segments through simplified product offerings, starter portfolios, and structured engagement journeys.
- Feedback Loop & Continuous Improvement Gather feedback from RMs and branches on product usability, client objections, and sales challenges, and translate insights into improvements in product positioning, tools, and programs.
- Governance, Risk & Compliance Support Ensure all sales programs, materials, and execution comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and suitability standards while maintaining commercial effectiveness.
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Strong and broad Wealth Management business sense, with solid knowledge of investment products.
- Proven experience as an Investment Product Manager / Investment Product Support (or closely similar role) — mandatory.
- Strong analytical capability with high attention to detail.
- Confident communication skills (verbal and written) and stakeholder management.
- Strong presentation skills, including the ability to tell a clear story with data.
- Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
- Willingness to go the extra mile to deliver outcomes.
- MS Excel and MS PowerPoint — must-have
- Able to use basic Excel formulas — must-have
- English fluency (spoken and written), minimum B1 level.
- Basic banking Risk Management knowledge.
- Certifications such as CFA, CFP, CSA (or equivalent) are beneficial.
