We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Manager Digital Platform.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the point of contact regarding HSBC’s credit card onboarding platform in digital platform related projects.
- Find root cause, propose solution, and communicate credit card onboarding platform’s production issue to stakeholders.
- Manage third-party vendors in platform development, including financial and technical aspects of the relationship.
- Demonstrate ownership in Regulatory & Compliance matters.
- Maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the likelihood of its occurring including its identification, assessment, mitigation and control, loss identification and reporting in accordance with internal regulation.
- Maintain and observe internal control standards, implement and observe Internal Compliance Policy, including the timely implementation of recommendations made by internal/external auditors and external regulators.
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor degree in STEM
- 3-5 years of experience working in banking or fintech environment with exposure to system development.
- Fluent in business English, both written and verbally.
- Have basic knowledge of BI and OJK regulation related to digital banking.
- Have sense of ownership to make decision based on facts.
- Active communication to liaise with local and international stakeholders.
