This involves the development and management of needs-based solutions covering foreign exchange, deposit, investment, insurance and financing products, as well as the provision of suitable market insights and updates, financial planning and advisory services.
We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of direct contract, Insurance Product and Project Support.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning and overseeing business projects from ideation through to completion.
- Responsible for supporting the business activities of the strategy, business development & performance division relating to new business initiatives, strategic planning, data management, and coordination of organizational wide operational work plan development and delivery.
- Providing information by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analysis and answering questions and requests.
- Working together with related parties to drive sales and marketing insurance products.
- Gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to help Bancassurance business take actionable steps to improve its performance and meet goals.
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in bancassurance or insurance, preferably under business development, performance or insurance product and marketing.
- Proficiency in English, Microsoft excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills with different teams and stakeholders.
- Proactive, able to work under pressure and result oriented.
- Strong analytical, negotiation and presentation skills.
