We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Customer Value Propositions Support

 

Responsibilities

 

The role holder is responsible to consult and support the creation of customer value propositions as well as ensuring execution is done properly across different segments within IWPB; with specific focus on the Affluent and Ultra High Net Worth segments. Focus is to ensure alignment from head office to branch network team – both on the delivery of the value propositions, as well as the execution of activities to drive customer growth and also revenue growth for overall IWPB portfolio

 

 

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

 

  • Experience in managing customer value proposition particularly in the affluent segment with complexity of multiple product and business lines.
  • Experience in driving customer value propositions taking into account different behaviors of each customer segment,
  • Strong business acumen and drive – preferably minimum of 8 years’ experience in the banking industry.
