We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Credit Cards & Personal Loans Business Support

 

 

Responsibilities: 

 

Credit Cards & Personal Business Support is responsible for supporting sustainable revenue and portfolio growth initiatives/projects across the Credit Cards and Personal Loans (CCPL) within the unsecured retail lending framework.

 

  • To support Product Manager by driving portfolio revenue growth projects through optimization of pricing strategy, margin management, and commercialization initiatives across Credit Cards and Personal Loans
  • To support respective Portfolio Manager for implementing customer lifecycle programs to improve activation, engagement, retention, and line increase
  • Enhance customer communication strategy and accelerate digital self-service adoption
  • Strengthen utilization of strategic programs such as Pay-Everything, Balance Build, and Flexi Loan across digital channels
  • To support multiple strategic projects deliverable to accelerate portfolio growth, including BIN upgrade, customer re-activation, and card portfolio optimization initiatives

 

 

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

 

  • Strong understanding of credit card and personal loan portfolio economics, pricing, and profitability drivers.
  • Experience in portfolio management, strategic initiatives, or revenue growth programs.
  • Strong analytical capability (Excel and data visualization tools preferred).
  • Ability to structure business cases and translate insights into commercial actions.
  • Effective stakeholder management across Risk, Finance, Ops, and Digital teams.
  • Strong project leadership discipline with focus on measurable outcomes.
