Our GCIO organisation plays a critical role for the bank. This team partners with the businesses to build the platforms, systems, and products that our customers use every day. We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of AVP IT Global Function and Others

Responsibilities:

• Supporting core banking related, to review impact on the changes.
• To analyses alternatives to provide high quality and cost-effective solution for our users.
• Perform application enhancement review in accordance with user requirements, budget, timeline, aligned with HSBC governance, process, standard and tooling.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure successful service delivery.
• Provide operational support of applications under your responsibility 

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Have at least 7 years’ experience in IT, 5 years in project management to coordinate project, experience in working with cross functional team eg. developer / vendor, infrastructure, security and business. 
• Understand SDLC, integration API concept, basic cybersecurity, basic cloud technology, RPG and infrastructure.
• Able to do project planning (scheduling and budgeting), and communication to stakeholder, understand Risk management and issue resolution.
• Able to use confluence, Jira and other tooling
