We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of AM/Manager IT Application and Development for CIB Technology. 

Responsibilities:

This critical role demands a strategic thinker with a strong technical background and a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions. You will be responsible for overseeing IT projects, ensuring system resilience, managing incident response and root cause analysis, and maintaining IT in compliance.

Project Management:

• Lead or manage complex IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project scope, prioritize initiatives, and manage expectations.
• Utilize effective project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) to optimize project outcomes.

System Resilience and Incident Management:

• Implement robust monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify and mitigate potential system failures.
• Develop and execute disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
• Support incident response teams to quickly resolve IT issues and minimize business impact.
• Conduct thorough root cause analysis to identify and address underlying problems.

IT Compliance & Risk:

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Implement effective risk management practices to identify, assess, and mitigate IT risks.
• Work with IT security to conduct regular vulnerability assessments.

Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with business users in CIB. understanding their needs and translating them into effective IT solutions.
• Collaborate effectively with Group IT and third-party vendors to leverage shared services and optimize resource utilization.
• Negotiate contracts and manage vendor performance to ensure delivery of quality services.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT, with a strong focus on application development and project management. (Is preferred)
• Proven track record of leading successful projects and delivering innovative solutions.
• understanding of IT governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
• Strong technical skills, including knowledge of programming languages, databases, and cloud technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing teams and fostering a positive work environment.
