 We are currently seeking an experienced UCMDB Lead with 12+ years of hands-on experience to join our team for the role of UCMDB/Senior Consultant Specialist

In this role, you will: (MAX 8 Points)

1. Own and drive end-to-end delivery of UCMDB/ServiceNow Discovery solutions, ensuring high-quality design, implementation, and rollout.
2. Exp: 8-15 years
3. Architect and optimize Discovery patterns, probes, sensors, and integrations to meet complex business and technical requirements.
4. Lead solution design and technical governance, working closely with Product Owners, Architects, and cross-functional teams.
5. Manage 3rd-party and Service Graph integrations (REST, JDBC, APIs, connectors) ensuring accurate and reliable data ingestion into CMDB.
6. Engage with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Discovery and CMDB solutions with clear documentation.
7. Ensure operational readiness through scanning strategy, MID Server planning, credential governance, and SLA-aligned coverage.
8. Drive continuous improvement and CMDB data quality, including optimization, remediation, and compliance with audit and regulatory controls.
9. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to consultants, ensuring best practices, troubleshooting excellence, and effective delivery execution. 

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: (MAX 8 Points)

• 12+ Years of IT experience and 8+ years of hands-on experience in  UD / UCMDB and ServiceNow Discovery implementation.
• Strong expertise in  UCMDB, integration frameworks and ServiceNow Discovery..
• Hands-on experience with Discovery pattern design, TQL development, and infrastructure data modelling.
• Proficiency in Python scripting, REST API integrations, and data transformation techniques.
• Working knowledge of SQL and data querying (preferred but not mandatory).
• Deep understanding of IT infrastructure across servers, networks, databases, storage, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Strong grasp of CMDB governance, data quality, reconciliation, and normalization practices.
• Experience working in Agile delivery, backlog management, refinement, and sprint planning.
• Excellent communication, documentation, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams, influence decisions, and manage complex technical deliveries end-to-end.
• Should have ServiceNow certification (CSA, Discovery implementation specialist).
