We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of  Test Lead, UAT

Purpose of the role  

  • User acceptance testing is deemed essential to test the HUB before implementing changes in production environment. This is performed by the Global Utilities team in Hyderabad.

In this role, you will:

  • Exposure to GPE application and SWIFT payment formats –MT/MX (E) Exposure to Mainframe / HUB applications and testing Perform manual testing to understand features and architecture of our products. Create, maintain and execute Automation testcases using tools like TOSCA
  • Escalate script issue to Test Manager. Follow up with team on data entry sheet for template verification. Send mail confirmation on completed activities to the team.
  • Communicate effectively with the onshore and offshore Test Leads / testers / SMEs. Instrumental in meeting accelerated deadlines for successful implementation of GPS releases
  • Exposure to AGILE methodology. Understanding of Business Requirement documents and Functional Specifications. Exposure to tools like JIRA. Develop Business Scenarios for automation testing.
  • Write & execute test script associated with automation. Documents and maintains test execution results. Monitors retests for resolution and completes retests as necessary Raise defect associated with automation test scripts. Take ownership and accountability for creating and updating information in project plans and meeting the timelines mentioned through effective Navigation
  • Any adhoc or MI related tasks (Admin/production) Maintain Quality standards. Ensure 100% adherence to deadline. Responsible for effective communication on assigned projects
  • Efficiency - leverage testing resources efficiently. Focus on risk based assessment of functions coupled with ensuring that we achieve 100% coverage of functions.
  • Work well independently; complete planned / assigned tasks in the established timeframe as per the process benchmarks
