Job Title: TA Recruiter

Purpose of the role

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and technologically savvy High-Volume Recruiter to join our new Talent Global Capability Centre. In this fast-paced role, you will be responsible for leading a team responsible for the full recruitment life cycle for a large number of roles simultaneously. You will be at the forefront of leveraging the latest recruitment technologies, automation tools, and data analytics to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. This position is ideal for a proactive and organized professional who thrives on meeting ambitious hiring targets in a high-volume environment.

In this role, you will:

Full-Cycle Recruitment:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a high volume of roles, from initial intake meetings with hiring managers to offer negotiation and onboarding.

Technology-Driven Recruitment:

  • Utilize and master a suite of modern recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), AI-powered sourcing tools, automated screening platforms, and data analytics dashboards to optimize workflow and increase productivity.

Process Automation:

  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks within the recruitment workflow, such as candidate communication, interview scheduling, and feedback collection, to focus on value-added activities.

Candidate Management:

  • Screen, interview, and evaluate a large volume of candidates efficiently and effectively. Maintain a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the entire process.

Data-Driven Insights:

  • Track, analyze, and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source-of-hire. Use data to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions for continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, provide regular updates, and manage expectations. Advise on market trends, sourcing strategies, and best practices.

Employer Branding:

  • Collaborate with marketing and internal communications teams to promote our employer brand and attract top talent from a diverse global pool.

Compliance and Best Practices:

  • Ensure all recruitment activities are conducted in compliance with relevant labor laws and company policies. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and recruitment trends.

To be successful you will:

  • Proven experience in a high-volume recruitment role, preferably within an offshore or shared services environment.
  • Strong proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies (e.g., automated interview platforms, sourcing tools).
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to use metrics to inform decisions and optimize performance.
  • A proactive and problem-solving attitude with a passion for process improvement and technology.
