We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of REPORTING AND ANALYTICS ASSOCIATE 

Purpose of the role  

• You’ll own the administration and coordination of PowerApps for ORBIT programme. Your remit covers platform governance, operational support, release management, app portfolio oversight, stakeholder engagement, and compliance. You’ll enable controlled self-service, drive adoption, and ensure our platforms remain compliant and resilient. Success in this role means fewer incidents, faster support, clear governance, and increased business adoption of automation and analytics.

In this role, you will:

• Administer and manage PowerApps environments, including DLP policies, connectors, permissions, and security groups. Align user access and licensing with enterprise governance standards.

• Lead and coordinate the migration of SharePoint-based data capture portals to PowerApps.
• Work with business teams to map requirements, design PowerApps solutions, and ensure data integrity during migration. Develop migration plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Provide hands-on support for migration activities, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

• Act as the first line of support for PowerApps issues, including troubleshooting and root-cause identification.
• Coordinate incidents, service requests, and defect resolution with internal technology teams and vendors.
• Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and known error workarounds.

• Manage releases and deployments for PowerApps, especially those replacing SharePoint portals.
• Coordinate change requests, UAT, approvals, and go-live readiness..

• Define business ownership (RACI), support models, and escalation paths..

To be successful you will:

• Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-900, PL-100, PL-200, or PL-400) preferred.
• ITIL Foundation (preferred but not mandatory).
• Prior experience in an enterprise shared services / operations / platform support role.
• Strong working knowledge of PowerApps administration and migration best practices.
• Familiarity with Power Platform Admin Center, environment management, DLP policies, connectors, and security roles.
• Experience migrating SharePoint data capture portals to PowerApps. Understanding of Dataverse fundamentals and Power Platform integration patterns.
• Experience working with incident management processes (ITIL-aligned preferred).
• Experience managing migration projects, release cycles, change requests, UAT coordination, and production support.
