We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of : Consultant Specialist
In this role, you will (Key responsibilities)
- Resolve variety of high impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards.
- Provide expertise in area and advanced knowledge of applications programming and ensure application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint Utilize advanced knowledge of system flow.
- As a Consultant Specialist you will be responsible to implement CCS/FDS/Seeker business changes.
- As a Consultant Specialist you will be responsible to owned CS/FDS/Seeker Product and ensure it is aligned with stakeholders expectation.
- As a Consultant Specialist you will have to maintain knowledge artifacts for CCS/FDS/Seeker/Filenet products.
- As a Consultant Specialist you will have to help team in fixing issues and removing blockers.
- Participate in all agile ceremonies.
- Serve as advisor, Mentor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as necessary.
- Work with the team on the technical aspects of customer requirements and help team in implementing new solutions.
- As a Consultant Specialist learn new technologies as per business need and cascade information to team and junior staff.
- As a Consultant Specialist take complete ownership of delivery you are part of.
- As a Consultant Specialist participate in code reviews and other quality and automation opportunity in the team.
- This position will be responsible for the technical liaising with the Development team to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of application initiatives, including enhancements, upgrades, migrations, as well as back-end operational support and maintenance of CCS/FDS/Seeker/Filenet Application.
