We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Product Owner - Transformation

In this role, you will:

• Collaborate with global Product leads to shape the Pricing and Billing proposition strategy and deliver strategic initiatives that support the product vision.
• Drive products roll out and commercialization in the given markets in coordination with IT, Transformation, and other product teams.
• Contribute to establishing global standards, ensuring proposition consistency and the implementation of best practices across all pricing and billing products.
• Assist in managing the product governance cycle, establishing robust processes and frameworks to ensure effective risk control and compliance within pricing and billing operations.
• Build strong networks and working relationships with key stakeholders, including IT, Operations, Finance, and Compliance, to facilitate seamless product delivery and support.
• Support regional and local initiatives, contributing to the achievement of respective business objectives and adapting global strategies to local market needs.
• Develop product collateral and maintain a comprehensive product library, ensuring product knowledge is effectively shared and accessible across the organization.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis, using insights to inform product strategy and ensure HSBC’s pricing and billing solutions remain market leading.

To be successful, you will:

• Hold a university degree (or equivalent).
• Demonstrate experience in commercial or transaction banking functions, with exposure to Product Management, ideally within payment solutions, pricing, and billing domains.
• Have a track record of implementing large-scale product development projects, preferably related to pricing, billing, or payments.
• Possess working knowledge of payments pricing and billing, particularly around pricing strategies, billing operations, and revenue management.
• Be familiar with product governance and project management disciplines, ensuring structured and compliant product delivery.
• Understand the relevant regulatory environment and its impact on payment products.
• Exhibit strong analytical skills within payments pricing and billing, for example, in defining and documenting product attributes, with a strong emphasis on understanding payment data types and messaging.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, enabling you to convey complex concepts clearly and influence stakeholders.
• Be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to analyze data and create compelling presentations.
