We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Processor Service Account and Management

Purpose of the role:

  • Wholesale Servicing Ops (WSO- UK RFB) supports CMB customers including Mandates, Channel Administration and Account Maintenance  .
  • The teams supporting Wholesale clients play an important role in managing customer needs throughout their lifecycle with HSBC.
  • By collaborating closely with business partners and transformation teams, they enhance process efficiency making banking faster and easier and more seamless for customers. This helps reduce operational costs and improve the overall customer experience.

In this role, you will:

  • Responsible for ensuring that the quality and productivity standards are maintained.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all the completed applications are submitted on or before the closing date.
  • Responsible in meeting all the KPIs both during learning curve and at BAU stage 
  • Support achievement of team objectives.
  • Participate in development of cohesive teams.
  • Foster development of co-workers.
  • Contribute to the creation of a supportive work environment driven by people centric values.
  • Build professional relationships with colleagues in other areas.

To be successful you will:

  • Strong MS Office Skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Graduate in commerce. Higher qualification not a bar, provided aspirations are commensurate with the position.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Displays ownership and accountability while dealing with accounts and ensures the right outcome is achieved in the agreed timelines.
  • Quick learner and adapts easily to ever changing environment.
  • Flexible to working in shifts, including night shift.
  • Ability to learn and implement the process updates or changes quickly and accurately.
  • Weekend Working: Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) are regular working days, week offs are between Monday to Friday
