 We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Performance and Reward



Purpose of the role  

  • Role is part of Performance & Rewards team. The jobholder plays a significant role in the delivery of P&R activities and projects; and the execution of service delivery to HSBC employees across HSBC markets. At all times ensuring delivery and enhancements align with the global/regional/country guidelines and priorities.

 

In this role, you will:

 

  • The job holder will be responsible to identify business requirements, support the lead in functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures throughout automation opportunities implementation.

 

  • Analyse processes, identify automation opportunities / streamlining opportunities through analysis and define ‘to be’ processes which may include the use of (HRIS) integration files.

 

  • Provide data analysis and insight to primary stakeholders so they hold current information and to identify trends and opportunities for improvements.

 

  • Create and capture process inventories and solution design documentation (SDD) and other artifacts; Create and deliver training for the new processes and systems, working in partnership with the Product Owners.

 

  • Contribute to the change management and communication activities of new/changed functionality and products to ensure accuracy of communication and adequate user education is delivered.

 

  • Be an ambassador for robust change management in line with HSBC’s Change Framework; Identify risks and issues, ensure correct reporting, and devise interventions / solutions to mitigate risks.

 

  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in HR process management and relevant HR system functionality.

 

  • Must display high sense of accountability, active listening; Must be highly empathetic towards colleagues; Good communication skills to collaborate well with stakeholders or regional partners

 

To be successful you will:

 

  • Typical qualifications would include a bachelor’s degree / equivalent experience; minimum of 3 years' experience in business process analysis, ideally in HR within the banking or financial services sector.

 

  • Experience of managing change in multi-national organizations, from initiation through to implementation and hyper care; Proven ability to work collaboratively across multi-disciplinary teams including Technology to ensure system and automation deployments are delivered successfully.
  • Strong track record of managing positive, challenging interactions with senior stakeholders. Finding a sustainable balance between local requirements and expectations, whilst also ‘holding a firm line’ on the desired global outcomes.

 

  • Experience of leveraging existing technology to improve efficiency and enhance user experience• 

 

  • Key Capabilities - Business Analyst, Operational Delivery, Change Management, Communication, Stakeholder Management, Agile Mindset.

 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of effectively collaborating across different regions and cultural backgrounds. Can also articulate or translate complex information in clear, meaningful, and structured way to suit audience.

 

  • Strong relationship management and influencing skills that inspire confidence in our vision and generate enthusiasm and commitment to develop and deliver solutions; Effective planning and organization skills and the ability to prioritise effectively when under pressure.       

 

  • Excellent business analysis skills and ability to solve problems creatively; Ability to make considered decisions that protect and enhance HSBC’s values, reputation and commercial interests.
