We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager – Compensation Services

Purpose of the role:

The Manager – Compensation Services is part of a Regional Compensation Specialist team responsible for key Reward activities across Asia Pacific, India, the United Kingdom, Europe, the Middle East, North Africa and Türkiye. The role supports regional pay-review delivery, standard and ad hoc reporting, complex query management across the full range of Performance and Reward activities, and contributes to the implementation and successful delivery of Performance and Reward projects and initiatives aligned to Group guidelines and Human Resources policies.

In this role, you will:

  • Contribute to delivery of on-cycle pay-review activities including reporting (Performance Management and Reward), pay-review database preparation and validation, tracking and managing exceptions, pay equity reviews, audits, late changes, and validation of data prior to pay-review communications for the region.
  • Support case management for both business as usual and pay-review periods, managing complex queries and queries requiring country-specific process/context knowledge; validate buyout evaluations prepared by the Group Performance and Reward Analysts.
  • Contribute to country and/or region-specific business as usual activities such as standard and ad hoc reporting, service management deck preparation and participation in local reviews, newsletters, market data activities, baseline checks, and benchmarking submissions for local vendors.
  • Support implementation of standard and ad hoc Performance and Reward projects and initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively with country Reward Leads and Consultants across the region to identify opportunities for simplification and standardisation.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to prepare, analyse and present meaningful reporting that drives effective business insights and decision-making.
  • Maintain high data integrity by partnering with extended Human Resources teams and networks to improve data accuracy within internal systems.
  • Build professional relationships across the Performance and Reward function, Human Resources Business Partners, business areas, and regional and global teams, demonstrating ownership and the ability to work independently with minimal guidance.

To be successful you will:

  • Experience working in a Human Resources function with understanding of Reward and Compensation processes.
  • Very high proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience in data analysis; experience with analytical tools and methods is an added advantage.
  • Ability to understand business needs and objectives and translate them into clear, data-driven insights.
  • Strong capability to create detailed spreadsheets, charts and presentations.
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with clarity of thought and expression and a consultative approach.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a high-pressure, flexible work environment, including working independently in a high-volume setting.
  • Experience working with multi-country teams and navigating complex, matrix organisations, supported by strong relationship management skills.
