We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager - Anaplan Management
In this role, you will:
- Support the maintenance and operation of Anaplan planning models used for forecasting and workforce planning across Risk & Compliance.
- Perform model updates including adjustments to assumptions, hierarchies, and planning inputs.
- Ensure planning models remain aligned with organisational structures and reporting requirements.
- Support the execution of monthly forecasting and planning cycles within Anaplan.
- Maintain planning inputs related to headcount, costs, and other key planning drivers.
- Assist with consolidation and validation of forecasting submissions from different R&C sub-functions.
- Support reconciliation of forecasts versus actuals and investigate variances where required.
- Produce regular management reporting related to headcount, costs, and planning metrics derived from the Anaplan platform.
- Support data uploads, transformations and reconciliations across planning datasets.
- Support automation and efficiency initiatives within the Anaplan platform and reporting processes.
- Assist in documenting model structures and planning processes.
To be successful you will:
- 3+ years Relevant Experience working with enterprise planning tools such as Anaplan, or similar financial planning platforms.
- Strong analytical and data management skills with attention to detail.
- Good understanding of forecasting, budgeting, or financial planning processes.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience supporting forecasting, planning, or financial analysis processes in a large organisation.
- Experience working with planning models or financial systems.
- Experience working directly with Anaplan model administration or model building.
- Familiarity with workforce planning and financial forecasting methodologies.
- Experience working with large datasets and reporting tools.
