We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager - Anaplan Management

In this role, you will:

• Support the maintenance and operation of Anaplan planning models used for forecasting and workforce planning across Risk & Compliance.
• Perform model updates including adjustments to assumptions, hierarchies, and planning inputs.
• Ensure planning models remain aligned with organisational structures and reporting requirements.
• Support the execution of monthly forecasting and planning cycles within Anaplan.
• Maintain planning inputs related to headcount, costs, and other key planning drivers.
• Assist with consolidation and validation of forecasting submissions from different R&C sub-functions.
• Support reconciliation of forecasts versus actuals and investigate variances where required.
• Produce regular management reporting related to headcount, costs, and planning metrics derived from the Anaplan platform.
• Support data uploads, transformations and reconciliations across planning datasets.
• Support automation and efficiency initiatives within the Anaplan platform and reporting processes.
• Assist in documenting model structures and planning processes.

To be successful you will:

• 3+ years Relevant Experience working with enterprise planning tools such as Anaplan, or similar financial planning platforms.
• Strong analytical and data management skills with attention to detail.
• Good understanding of forecasting, budgeting, or financial planning processes.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience supporting forecasting, planning, or financial analysis processes in a large organisation.
• Experience working with planning models or financial systems.
• Experience working directly with Anaplan model administration or model building.
• Familiarity with workforce planning and financial forecasting methodologies.
• Experience working with large datasets and reporting tools.
