We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specalist 

In this role, you will:

  • You’ll lead risk and compliance activities across Infrastructure, ensuring strong control operation, audit readiness, and transparent risk reporting. You’ll use enterprise tooling (e.g., Helios) and data-driven techniques to identify, mitigate, and report risks, partnering with Infrastructure, Security, Compliance, and Audit teams.
  • Own Infrastructure risk register, control library mapping, and issue remediation lifecycle.
  • Lead audit engagements and ensure high-quality, timely evidence and responses.
  • Drive risk reporting (KRIs/KPIs), thematic analysis, and senior stakeholder updates.
  • Use analytics/AI techniques to identify emerging risks and control weaknesses.
  • Maintain accurate records in Helios (risks, issues, actions, evidence, approvals).
  • Influence stakeholders to deliver sustainable remediation and prevent repeat findings.

To be successful, you will: 

  • Expertise in Technology/Infrastructure Risk, Controls, or within a regulated environment.
  • Demonstrable audit management experience (internal/external).
  • Strong knowledge of infrastructure control domains (IAM, patching, change, logging, DR, etc.).
  • Experience with Helios or similar risk tracking systems.
  • Proven experience in technology/infrastructure risk & compliance (GRC) in a regulated environment (banking/FS preferred).
  • Hands-on audit management: evidence coordination, issue remediation, and audit response writing.
  • Strong understanding of common infrastructure control domains: IAM/PAM, patching & vulnerability, change management, logging/monitoring, backup/DR, configuration management, third-party risk.
  • Experience with risk tracking tools (Ex Helios),Strong stakeholder management and ability to drive closure across multiple teams.
  • Familiarity with frameworks: ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, ITIL, and operational resilience expectations.
  • Practical exposure to AI/analytics for risk detection (even if via dashboards, anomaly detection, or automation).Experience with cloud controls (AWS/Azure/GCP.
