We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist
In this role, you will:
- Lead Agile adoption across multiple programs, ensuring consistent application of Agile frameworks and best practices.
- Identify, plan, and implement process improvements and operational efficiencies that deliver measurable, visible outcomes, enhancing team productivity, effectiveness, quality, and stakeholder experience through continuous improvement initiatives in Planning for Patching & other Key activities as mandated by the Controls ask.
- Own and manage the Service linked Certificate inventory, establishing governance and monitoring processes to ensure 100% accuracy, proactive renewal planning, and zero missed certificate expirations while minimizing operational and security risks.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Program Increment (PI) Planning where applicable.
- Remove organizational impediments and drive cross-functional collaboration to improve delivery velocity and quality.
- Track and report Key KCIs from Patching & Vulnerability Management on regular basis and initiate corrective actions as applicable.
- Establish governance, delivery standards, and continuous improvement frameworks across Agile teams.
- Support change management initiatives and foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer focus.
