We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist
In this role you will:
- Design, develop, and support enterprise workflow solutions using IBM BPM and IBM BAW.
- Lead and contribute to IBM BPM to IBM BAW migration initiatives, including solution modernization and toolkit redesign.
- Build and enhance BPDs, Coaches, Coach Views, UI toolkits, and service orchestration components.Integrate external systems and services using SOAP/REST APIs, web services, and secure authentication mechanisms including JWT.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Support platform administration activities across Process Admin Console, Process Portal, and BPM/BAW REST-based interfaces.Develop robust database-integrated solutions with strong focus on performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Contribute to solution design, technical governance, and continuous improvement of workflow engineering practices.
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements
- Relevant experience of 7-12 Years on BPM tools like IBM BPM, Camunda and at least 3 years on BAW or 4 + years on v8.6.Act as ITSO for UK Process Orchestration Service applications and possess deep knowledge of ITSO responsibilities. Coordinating technology teams/pods in managing incidents and problems. Analyzing incidents to identify root cause trends.
- Monitor key control indicators (KCIs) to track the effectiveness of risk mitigation efforts and report to management. Provide support on initiatives to drive improvements to the Technology control environment, including the effective design of material controls. Working with technology teams/pods to devise action plans to prevent incident re-occurrence. Ensure all prod incidents raised to L3 are addressed within required SLAs
- Integration of the BPM with Peripheral systems using connectors an other patterns. Collaborate with business analysts to translate requirements into executable process models. Experience working with cloud-based infrastructure, such as AWS and GCP. Having worked on at least one IBM BPM to BAW migration is preferred.
- Good understanding of the components added/removed to/from BAW and well verse with new TW library.Good understanding of the UI toolkit. Good hands on experience in writing client side Coach, coach views, Ajax services, Integration service, Coaches, coach validations on BAW using UI Toolkit. Good Hands on knowledge on External services integration.
- Experience in implementing BPDs, SLAs Having experience on Database. Good to have Process Admin and BPM Process Admin.Configure and Optimize BPM flow for performance and scalability.Knowledge in event driven architecture.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to process execution and deployment.
