We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of IAM SOD Lead Analyst / Consultant Specialist.

In this role, you will:

  • Design, build, implement, and embed a global best in class process and procedure across the globe where possible for all Segregation of Duties processes, including pre-certification; intra-certification and post-certification; ensuring full documentation is in place.
  • Maintain all SOD related documentation throughout its lifecycle, ensuring real-time updates are made to reflect any revisions to policies or standards.
  • Driving the implementation and design of new SOD framework in IAM tool and working with the project team on various transformation initiatives
  • Develop and maintain role definitions and ensure they are up to date with organizational needs, manage role-based access control (RBAC) and ensure proper role assignments, collaborate with business units to understand role requirements and implement necessary changes.
  • Serve as a global SME for the various GB/GF’s representatives and supporting their decision-making process within their respective Frameworks.
  • Collate, review, and approve GIAM (and future tooling) requirements to support the SOD control processes in order to support delivery of a robust, automated and global control.
  • Provide SOD SME input into the assessment, design and testing of the GIAM future state from a Business Owner perspective.
  • Responsible for the delivery of any required changes to processes, tools, or ways of working to ensure the SOD control is architected to allow the business to meet requirements within published Policies and Standards.
  • Owning and delivering the roadmap to reach the agreed SOD Control target state.
  • Development of SOD Control KRI and KPIs.
  • Monitoring Controls and reporting against KRI and KPIs to management.
  • Work in partnership with all IAM Access Controls Team Managers to report on the SOD review certification status to the Head of IAM Access Controls and other interested parties.
  • Work in conjunction with all IAM Access Controls Process Owners to continuously appraise and enhance the SOD Certification Controls for IAM.
  • Support Identity & Access Management controls and processes in accordance with regulatory standards.
  • Adhere strictly to compliance and operational risk controls in accordance with regulatory standards, policies and practices; report control weaknesses; compliance breaches and operational loss events.

Qualifications 

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements.

  • SME of SOD and SOD Certification related Products and Controls
  • Strong understanding of access control concepts, RBAC and regulatory requirements
  • Minimum10 years of experience in IAM and cybersecurity.
  • 4+ years ‘experience of working with SOD solutions, and Certification process within a financial environment.
  • Experience of the process required to deploy SOD to various Global Businesses and Global Functions
  • Proven experience with the bank’s Global Identity and Access Management tool and SOD mechanism is essential.
  • Good working knowledge of AD, ADLDS, and Application-level ACLs.
  • Experience in writing advanced sod rules in Sailpoint and working knowledge of SOD policies.
  • Experience working with stakeholders across all levels.
  • Experience managing audit and risk relationships.
  • Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to be pro-active and self-sufficient with strong motivation within the context of the role and scope.
  • Confident to work independently and take responsibility for own progress and development.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience of adapting style and approach to the targeted audience.
  • Strong understanding in IAM Business SOD roles
  • Working experience in IAM tools like Sailpoint,1IM, ForgeRock
