We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of  Consultant Specialist

In this role, you will

• Highly skilled and experienced Senior GCP DevOps Engineer having overall experience more than 6 years
• Provide strong leadership and guidance to the technical team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  
• Demonstrate expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), utilizing its various services and tools to drive efficient and effective solutions.
• Implement and maintain service management practices, ensuring optimal service delivery, incident management, and problem resolution.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the engineering practice. Mentor and coach team members in application architecture, data management, and AI technologies.

• Ensure security and compliance by design (least privilege, secrets management, vulnerability management, auditability) aligned to enterprise controls.

• Embed SRE/operational excellence practices: monitoring, alerting, SLIs/SLOs, capacity planning, and resilience engineering.

• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform), improving release speed, reliability, and repeatability.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

•  In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and tools like GCE, GCS, BigQuery, AirFlow, Cloud SQL, Networking, IAM and Google Cloud SDK
  
• Strong DevOps experience on Terraform, Jenkins, Python and Shell script
• Prompt engineering and hands-on experience with AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and similar platforms. Exposure to AI concepts or participation in AI-related projects is considered an advantage.
• Strong understanding of service management principles, with experience in incident management and problem resolution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail
•  Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

•  Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced certifications in GCP and project management are highly desirable. Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects
