We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director, Delivery Management.
In this role, you will:
- Be accountable to run the BAU compliance delivery program across Cybersecurity, managed under Cyber Technology & Engineering
- Clearly understand the GRAS, compliance requirements and associated thresholds of GRAS metrices
- Be accountable end-to-end for program managing with the delivery teams to attain requisite GRAS targets
- Liaison with all central program management teams that individually focus on GBI attainments of BAU operational compliance
- Drive a PTG for any metric that is not meeting the requisite threshold in conjunction with the Global Control Operator for Cybersecurity
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Understand clearly the structure, design and requirements for the various operational GRAS metrics
- Understand nuances that underpin various GRAS metric measurements, to effectively deliver the program objectives
- Have an accountable mind-set to ensure engineering delivery teams are purposed to focus and deliver requisite outcomes
- Have clear executive audience presentation and articulation skills
- Manage and escalate risks and issues effectively
- Role is open for both Hyderabad and Bangalore location
