We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of  Senior Consultant Specialist

In this role, you will

  • Own and evolve a GCP-native, real-time digital analytics platform processing clickstream and batch marketing data (Pub/Sub, Dataflow, BigQuery, Looker).
  • Ensure end-to-end reliability, scalability, performance, and operational excellence of the real-time analytics pipeline.
  • Design, build, and maintain robust BigQuery data models optimised for analytics, reporting, and near real-time insights.
  • Continuously enhance data architecture to onboard new data sources and enable future digital and marketing use cases
  • Partner with marketing and product teams to translate business needs into technical requirements and data solutions.
  • Develop and refine models for marketing attribution, customer funnels, and user behavioural flows.
  • Enable self-service analytics and insight generation through Looker; act as SME for digital data and definitions.
  • Deliver high-quality, secure data outputs to support critical use cases (e.g., funnel/drop-off analysis and downstream consumers such as fraud detection).

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  •  Strong recent experience in digital analytics and marketing data domains (clickstream, funnels, attribution, campaign performance).
  •  Proven delivery of data platforms on GCP, including BigQuery, Dataflow and Pub/Sub.
  •  Expert proficiency in SQL and Python for data processing, modelling and pipeline development
  •  Strong analytical data modelling experience for warehouse/lakehouse environments, including event-to-entity aggregation for data products.
  •  Experience building batch and real-time pipelines, including streaming ingestion and near real-time transformations.
  •  Hands-on experience with BI and data visualisation, preferably Looker (semantic layer, dashboards, self-serve analytics).
  •  Solid understanding of data governance and quality practices (lineage, controls, access management, documentation).
  •  Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, able to translate between technical and non-technical audiences; familiarity with in-session event analytics (scroll/hover/click) and applying AI/ML    to improve data quality or predict user behaviour.
