We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Credit Services Executive
In this role, you will:
- Responsible for ensuring all transactions are processed within agreed Service Level Agreements and in an accurate manner. Overall contributing to outstanding service quality for our internal and external clients.
- Independently manage and work upon end-to-end customer journey through different Service Deliveries like: Preapproval activity like Credit Application Creation, Financial Spreading, and Customer Risk Rating generation. Post approval activity like creation of Lending Documentation, Limit Setup, Fund Disbursement, Rollover of Loans, Covenant monitoring.
- Take account of escalations and resolve complex process related issues timely, keeping the Line manager informed.
- Responsible for ensuring that internal audits and measures are undertaken regularly and reviewed to achieve / exceed agreed Process and Global Operating Metrics.
- Take account of the impact of erratic workflows through leave management and process prioritization.
- Devise delivery strategy for Line Manager with MI and other business data requirements within agreed timelines.
- Work independently, complete assigned tasks accurately within the established timeframe as per the process benchmarks.
- Provide service to customers by focusing on resolving requests efficiently, accurately, and professionally.
- Responsible for ensuring that targets on productivity and accuracy are met as per the targets and metrics defined for the process.
To be successful you will:
- Strong Subject Matter Expert knowledge and proven capability in Commercial, Global Credit and Lending Services is strongly preferred.
- Should be a Graduate and 2 to 4 years of experience in Commercial, Global Lending, Trade Services, Credit Services, Securities Processing along with relevant product and collateral knowledge.
- Acquire knowledge on Wealth Products and Services.
- To be willing to work in shifts - including night.
- Communication – the ability to communicate and understand complex issues.
- Analysis or strategy – the ability to analyze complex issues and identify solution to improvement customer experience.
- Understanding of products and services offering within Wealth.
