We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Credit Operations Checker.
In this role, you will:
- Manage the Commercial Banking and Global Market businesses, without compromising on data integrity standards and minimize risk through effective management of cost and resources
- Ensure process and procedures are continually reviewed, improved and changes are communicated for effective implementation, which are measured through reduced costs and improved revenue
- Ensure the team delivers various documentation production, payout/drawdown of HSBC Equipment Finance activities. Ensure the team delivers various customer service activities like payment breakdown, part & full terminations, security documentation and other activities and ensure that internal audits and measures are undertaken regularly and reviewed to achieve/exceed agreed Process and Global Operating Metrics
- Ensure to read and understand of Invoices and Drawdown of facilities and effectively resolve process related queries regarding Credit process especially for HSBC Equipment Finance Middle Office process
- Accurately complete Management Information and other business data requirements and present statistics/reports/returns to Business/Management within agreed timelines
- Ensure that fraud/errors/irregular transactions (if any) are identified and escalated
- Maintain equipment, systems and general work environment in good condition while adhering to all appropriate procedures
To be successful you will:
- MBA Finance / B.Com / M.Com
- Good understanding of the Commercial/Corporate Credit Lending Cycle and acted in the capacity of Subject Matter Expert
- This will be a Subject Matter Expert role, hence strong knowledge in Credit Service domain with specialization in end to end process & good understanding in other service delivery within Credit Service arena is essential.
- Strong understanding of Group and Operational Risk Framework
- 1 – 2 years’ experience in the field of commercial / corporate lending
