We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Sr. Associate Director, Software Engineering Specialist.

In this role, you will: 

1. Design and maintain Dynamics 365 data architecture, models, and standards aligned to business goals.
2. Build and oversee integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems to ensure consistent data flow.
3. Establish and enforce data governance (quality, security, archival/retention, compliance).
4. Monitor and improve data performance in Dynamics 365, resolving bottlenecks and issues.
5. Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to translate requirements into specs, and maintain clear documentation to support delivery and analytics.

To be successful, you will: 

1. Have 8+ years Dynamics 365 CE (Sales) data experience and 10+ years overall project delivery experience. Demonstrate large-scale data migration/remediation experience using ETL/SSIS (incl. KingswaySoft where relevant).
2. Possess strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 data structures (entities, relationships), especially Sales/Marketing.Be hands-on with Azure data services (ADF/Fabric/Azure SQL), SQL, and analytics tooling (e.g., Power BI).
3. Apply strong data governance and integration/API knowledge (REST/OData/SOAP) with excellent stakeholder communication.
4. Experience with wider Microsoft stack (e.g., other Dynamics modules, SharePoint). Container technologies: Docker, Kubernetes.
5. Automation/IaC: Terraform, Ansible, Puppet. CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitHub, Nexus (or similar).
6. Financial services domain knowledge and ability to translate business needs into pragmatic IT solutions.
