We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Business Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
- LE Template Update: Consolidation of 200 LE templates using a Macro, where PM's will update the Forecast and Actuals
- Clarity Report: Collate the Clarity Report for all the CTB resources and prepared the Clarity Actuals for PMs to update in their LE Templates
- WD2 Report: On last day of the month the Forecast is locked, and a report is shared with the respective Portfolio Leads for analyzing the Forecast Numbers
- Change Financial update in MASTER BP List tracker: Preparation of Master BP List and analyse for any Financial Changes
- CIBS to HIBS reconciliation and publishing the CIBS file for review
- PO consolidation and tracking
- Drive process and tooling improvements.
- Effective stakeholder management with regular and proactive engagement.
- Assisting with the execution of business initiatives and activities in support of business area aims.
- Participate and support in business planning activities which may include financial, technological and resource planning.
- Contribute to senior management decision making by use of management information, performance information, analytics, forums, and stakeholder feedback.
- Support in forums across India entities and committees to represent view of business area.
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or demonstrable experience) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Candidate should have minimum 8+ years of experience in IT.
- Expertise with word, excel, and ppt,
- SME skills in putting data in a simple way and effective presentation skills.
- Good ability to present decks to Sr. stakeholders with clear take-aways.
- Ability to influence decision making with useful insights drawn from data
- Must have sound project coordination skills.
- Understanding of key operational metrics, reporting systems & tools
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to navigate & operate in complex environment
- Having Analytical Tooling knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Understanding of products and services offered within technology infrastructure space
