We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Manager Buy Smart Helpdesk
In this role, you will:
- Continuous support to the Buyers & Procurement, Provide full support to ensure 100% accuracy of contract executed to Quality Assurance process.
- Support by providing timely response to queries raised on the monthly dashboards.
- Work on Ad-Hoc Projects across all verticals of Procurement and provide MI support.
- Complex QA enquiries/queries are handled in an attentive manner and are resolved to the satisfaction of the buyers. Administer policies, procedures, and standards within assigned area.
- Assist in performing the Quality Assurance on the contracts executed by both Genpact and HSBC buyers.
- Assure compliance with Corporate and Group objectives, standards, policies and procedures, regulatory requirements, technical architecture, and business objectives.
- Provide TPM application support. Excellent communication skills both verbal, reading and written to enable effective communication at all levels.
- Excellent Analytical skills and Problem Solving, Be able to build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues at all levels.
To be successful you will:
- Experience in Procurement & Sourcing for more than 4 years
- Minimum exposure of contracts management of 3 years.
- Experience in executing Contracts ( especially NDA’s)
- Knowledge or experience in Coupa is desired.
- Understanding of various concepts, terminologies, and workflow in contracts.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office: Excel (E), Word (P) ,Outlook (E), PowerPoint
- Understand and maintain knowledge of bank FIMs relevant to the process and overall purchasing & risk management activities.
- Flexibility to work on shifts to support Global customers
