Job title: Assistant Manager - Global Mobility Operations
Purpose of the role:
- “Assistant Manager - Global Mobility” is an Individual Contributor role. The role requires you to manage end to end processing and compensation validation of international assignments on the Global Mobility Applications. Role requires you to communicate with Global Stakeholders on ongoing basis.
In this role, you will:
- Responsible for managing end-to-end Global Mobility (GM) services and compensation delivery for international movers.
- Take ownership of all assignment related activities including start, ongoing and end of assignment activities.
- Work with finance team on journal creations, invoicing queries, billing related queries.
- Ensure that all fusion relates expenses related to vendors managed in a timely basis.
- Ensure that vendors are managed centrally and through checks of billing validation performed.
- Responsible to provide management information linked to vendor governance and refunds from vendor billing.
- Work with various stakeholders and finance teams and carry out billing and recharges process.
- Validate the central vendor billing.
- Provide support in Vendor invoices by ensuring all the checks are conducted mainly those elements that have a direct impact in billing.
- Responsible for timely delivery of Vendor invoices with accuracy
- Ensuring all Exceptions are tracked and recorded.
- Administer HR Direct case management for all Global Mobility Operations world to ensure timely addressal of queries and adhere to SLA.
- Deliver regular reports/Dashboard to internal and external stakeholders.
- To perform Data Quality checks on a regular basis for Demographic and compensation data to get the data maintained correctly across all systems
- Procure and get Link Go backend tables updated for: Airinc Cost of living; Airfare; Shipment Cost for missing Lanes
- Responsible to make Link Go/Mobility Management System Updates –for new entity, Relationship Manager/Global Mobility Advisory updates with KPMG.
- Manage Joiner/Leaver Access Management
- Support various annual/seasonal activities including Pay Review for GM population.
- Identify areas of improvement and work closely with management with a continuous improvement mindset
- Work closely with the Relationship managers to achieve common goals.

- Global Mobility touches every country and business in the group, plus many other internal stakeholders, both within and outside of HR, plus external stakeholders, authorities, and vendors – the management of these connections is challenging with a constantly changing legislative framework, business environment and vendor landscape.
- Global Mobility is supported by a global team, with global policies, core processes, systems, vendors, and operating structures.
Role Context
- Global Mobility sits within the Performance and Reward function in HR.
- The role will operate with autonomy, engaging directly with key stakeholders.
- The role will be based in Hyderabad.
To be successful you will:
- Graduate – University degree
- Global Mobility knowledge is preferable.
- Prior experience of accounts payable and vendor management will be added advantage
- Excellent Written and Verbal communication skill.
- Strong Excel knowledge is required.
- Experience in data analysis and using data to create data driven decisions.
- Strategic vision with ability to meet challenging environment.
- Excellent analytical and Numerical skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of Global Mobility and International Assignment policies is required.
- Strong Focus on driving Process efficiencies and re-engineering.
- Self-driven & should be self motivated.
- Interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Possess good problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Attention to detail, ability to delivery in tight deadlines.
