We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of ASSISTANT MANAGER - ACCOUNTS PAYABLE.

 

In this role, you will:

  • Engaging in multiple activities across Accounts Payable module, Providing overall SME Operational support on multiple platform viz Fusion and Coupa
  • Monitoring and ensuring third party vendor and Intercompany invoices are processed accurately by adhering to the company policies
  • Ensure vendor payments are paid on time as per contractual obligations and monitor closely Accounts Payable KPI's.
  • Employee claims are processed and paid on time by following the policies of company, Adherence to SLA on various processes / sub processes
  • Reporting or escalate any issues or risk as part of ‘First Line of Defense’ on a timely manner,Ability to interpret and handle complex tax related invoices / transactions
  • Assist line manager/supervisor and team with managing day-to-day operations and support peers on process if needed.

  • Knowledge or experience in Fusion and Coupa (D), Experience in Accounts Payable for at least a year (D)
  • Understanding of various concepts, terminologies, and workflow in R2P (D)
